NSScreencast provides regular videos on the site, the majority of which require a paid account to access. New videos are released regularly. Your paid
subscription provides access to these videos. Each account provides access for a single person to view the content. For group licenses, you must enroll in a Team subscription.
Team subscriptions are for 2-50 seats. Each individual occupies a single seat.
Subscriptions can be billed monthly or yearly, and they automatically renew upon the next billing period. If you decide you want to cancel, the team owner can do so on the site, and the
account will no longer auto-renew. Your access to the site will remain open through the paid-for period. Prorated refunds may be offered if requested on a case-by-case basis.
Subscriptions made through Apple's In-App Purchase may be managed via your iOS device.
Changing plans is supported, should you want to change the number of seats, or switch to monthly or yearly billing. These changes usually result in a charge for
the difference of the two plans selected. If moving to a cheaper plan, your account is credited for the pro-rated amount. Any future invoices are paid from this credit before
charges are made to the card on file.
Invoices are sent to the account owner (or team owner for team accounts). You also have access to all past invoices on the site.
Team owners have full control over which members belong to their team. Team owners always occupy a seat.
Members on the annual plan may download videos for offline use via the iOS app. Videos may not be shared with non-licensed members.
