  • How often are the videos released?

    New videos are released periodically, but are not on a strict schedule.

  • How do I suggest a topic?

    You can suggest topics over at the Support Portal. Create a new ticket or post to the forum if you want others to comment as well.

  • Do you provide yearly plans?

    Yearly plans are now available.

  • Can I share my account with a friend?

    No. The individual account is for personal use only. If you want to give NSScreencast to your team, you must purchase a team license.

  • Can I get NSScreencast for my whole team?

    Yes. Team plans are available. New teams can sign up on the site, but if you have an existing account, then you can contact me to get your account migrated to a team account. There are discouts for 5+ members.

  • Why don't you support PayPal?

    There are a couple of reasons I don't support PayPal. First, it adds complexity to my subscription software, which I have to maintain. This energy and focus comes at the cost of producting new episodes. PayPal also doesn't provide the same level of service and functionality that Stripe does.

    Also, I've heard way too many horror stories (like these) and so I do not wish to support such a company, nor do I want to put myself in a similar situation. In most cases, I want to focus my energy making the screencasts better. There are some who really want this option, so if you'd like to cast your vote, please do so here. If you really cannot pay with a credit card and have no other option, contact me and we can work something out.
